AWS uses its own design of automated tank cleaning unit that can be used for cleaning both Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) and offshore tanks.
The unit is self-contained, compact, autonomous, and fully portable. The system is built to comply with rigorous offshore standards and is ATEX zoned. The combination of adjustable flow rates and internal recycling processes significantly reduces waste output thereby reducing costs and environmental impact. The system has built-in gas detection for safety and a camera to ensure accurate jetting thereby reducing water usage compared to pre-programmed nozzles.
